Thats quite the sauce.When as kids we wanted to see a chemical reaction,,gasoline in a foam cup.
For the next time you consume way too hot peppers a few bites of a raw tomato cleans the capsaisin off your tongue,I think its the acid in the tomato.Chocolate milk feels like it works but is only temporary.
Back in the younger days,eating hot peppers (jabenero)from the field was often a bet or dare on some newbies,some would go home sick..100$ if you eat this tiny pepper and do not puke or run for water etc,,.Most would as crew figured out that some sweet undeveloped peppers looked the same as the hot ones..."see they are not hot "...bait and switch,,we were mentally sick I think,,ehhehe
