How do you cook alligator? My GF bought a package of alligator from a seafood place and I have the job of preparing it for NYE to go along with the beef tenderloin.
Beef will get salt-pepper-garlic and grilled. Same process for alligator? I have a 1 lb chunk, package says wild, not farmed.
Question for Southern guys
