Throw it away and put a new Predator engine on it from Harbor Freight
This is the answer.
Dad has an old New Holland skid loader that had a TJD Wisconsin that was always a hard starting POS. I installed a 25 horse Kohler and made a new machine out of it even though it put me in the hospital.
