There was no injury or anything, but the pain got so bad I couldn’t even lift my arm without wincing. It would wake me up at night, and I couldn’t get comfortable. I felt like I was losing control, like my body was betraying me. I tried Tylenol, ice, stretches, everything I could think of, but nothing really worked. The pain just wouldn’t go away.
