The problem is by the time he is in his 30s he will have to settle for the 25 year olds that have a bunch of kids or a ton of baggage. It is difficult to work odd or long hours if your wife or girlfriend sees her friends and coworkers working 40 hours a week and gling places and doing things the rest of the time.
