Subject: RE: Sprayer Jacks

Chebanse, IL.....

We used the factory jack bracket for a few years with a 4830 sprayer and then the 4038 (confusing!) sprayer. But, using the hi-lift jacks under the axles, that is our now our preferable method. No bolting-unbolting. Just move the jacks.

We have a set of Gray hi-lift jacks. Similar to the Emersons. Since we have the taller tires now on our 4038 for the Simon lift kit, we had to make our own long extension for the jacks w/4x4 tubing. We found that when using less than 150# air pressure, it works to raise one jack a little, then alternate to the other jack. It raises OK then.
