Second meal 10 to 24 oz meat usually beef ground beef, steak, roast, liver once a week with cheese maybe half the time.
When I eat out for breakfast steak and eggs con usually sub cottage cheese or fruit for the hash browns. Or fired Okra if they have it. | |
