Dr Ford Brewer presentation. I don't watch him often. Several years ago I did not think he made very good presentations. This one is good. To the point and moves along. I think he has much improved in his presentation methodology over the last several years.
I do add some ACV to water just for flavoring sometimes. Not all the time. Maybe a teaspoon in 16 oz of water.
