| I think it is mostly the butterfat difference between straight out of the tank and standardized 3.2 and 2 percent milk. All I know is 55 years ago when I was in school, none of the farm kids drank the white milk at lunchtime because we all thought it tasted like water. This was before 2 percent. The chocolate milk wasn't bad but it was nothing like the chocolate milk at home. Ron | |
