It doesn't...... The American farmer was screwed on this deal. I'm appreciative of it, but in my opinion I've provided the government far more value in the last 2 years than I'm being paid for.
I'm a Nebraska farmer. I pay $80 an acre in property taxes so my perspective is differs from the Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Dakota, Minnesota, and Missouri farmers that can't comprehend that.
