North Central Kansas		My dad milked cows, so I grew up drinking raw milk. It had been put through a separator so most of the cream had been taken out. He planted a patch of sedan grass so the cows would have cheap feed in the summer. I still can taste that milk after the cows had been turned in the sedan. Green tinted and tasted awful. I can still remember my mom saying, “Now. It won’t hurt you,”. It didn’t. I survived. Today, I will take my store bought milk.
