That actually is not a bad idea but is it legal for a public passenger bus? I found out that this company makes most of the buses you find at airports and other shuttle operations, and they do not make any tandem buses anymore. The build F350, 450, 550 and some 650 for heavier operations but no add on tag axles.
I quizzed them if this brake issues were why and the lady said, "I won't answer that question."
