We use to eun 7 1/2" sweeps on our DMI TM IIs but switched to 9" sweeps about 4 years agoafter talking to a neighbor that was running them on their DMIs. With the 7 1/2" we would get an occasionaly giant ragweed slip through, don't see that with the 9". 9" will leave the ground a little chunkier if it's crusted over hard. 5 bar spike harrow levels the ground out good & if the chunks get too bad we hook the crumbler on behind. I personally can't see going back to 7 1/2" sweeps.

We use the original "Knock-Ons". WE considered switching to the CIH knock ons but they won't fit the brackets for "Knock-Ons"
