Performance wise the Deere and Trimble are close to the same. But, Deere's customer support is way ahead of Trimble. I know it varies from region to region. But across the board Trimble is way behind. Trimble needs to get something like stellarsupport to help their customers.

Rawson is terrible to deal with since Trimble bought them.

Call your dealer. The dealer has resources like trimble support and training schools. If there is lack of support it is because there is lack of knowledge on dealers part or lack of personel to handle questions. Don't get me wrong I wish trimble had end user support but its not trimble's fault that someone will sell the equipment w/o proper knowledge of it.
