This is what we have learned on the Deutz engines and the JLG lifts. You must have a battery that is at full charge, the fuel on and off solenoid has to have full power. Check the connections on the solenoid, the connectors get loose. Also the start toggle switch must be held on for a couple of seconds after it starts, to charge the low oil pressure shut down. Start with the basics, good battery, clean connections.
