Ours is a Chinese blue machine (don't remember the brand), but I will say absolutely yes, at least one arm is well worth it. Ours has one arm, and I use it probably half the time. For the heavier plys it makes a big difference, but it is handy for lighter tires too, depending on the tire and rim.

Edit to add: I agree with the poster below - the bead blaster is crap. First try is using the bead blaster and air hose on the machine. If that doesn't work, I use a knockoff cheeta bead blaster and hook the valve stem direct to the compressor instead of using the hose on the machine (which pushes way more air). Get along fine that way.
