Thanks. The starter is facing the outside of the motor so it is very easy to get to. The battery is under the radiator but the red terminal is easy to get to. The buttons are working normally. After hooking it to a power source, when you pull the stop button out it beeps and the glow plug light comes on. After waiting for the glow plug light to go out, pushing the start button makes it click and turn over maybe one revolution then stop.
