| I'll second Cutco knives but they're probably more than you want to spend. My wife catered for 30+ years, retired in 2011. Not only after starting up she bought a set of Cutco knives & added a few kf their speciality knives over the years, She still uses her Cutco knives everyday and most are as sharp as when she bought th3n. They offer free sharpening & she has sent s few back to be resharpened. Most times they just send back a new knife & another knife of the same type as a gift for any inconvenience. | |
