Downside: not very fuel efficient, can only do one load at a time.

This was one of the cornerstone of Harvestore sales back in the 70's. You could store high moisture corn without drying costs. Lots of 20x30 Harvestores went up in my area for high moisture corn. I think they held about 5000 bushel, which was about perfect for a 60 cow dairy. But the cost of a Harvestore today would not make it pay.

For small operation, I would see if you could rent a bagger.



Cool, did not know something like that was still made. I saw a pair of something similar at an auction a couple decades ago. They were old at that time.
