NE S.Dakota
We have a 250 bushel Parker Gravity box, and 250 bushel EZ Flow, both have hydraulic augers, with steel augers. I want to upgrade the Parker to a plastic Lundell auger, for seed safety. I like the Parker setup a little better. I have added hydraulic lines to the parker so I can run the EZ Flow from the back of the Parker. I use a tractor to pull both wagons, 706 or 656, but also can use the 300 or 404. When planting wheat, I will have the seed in the Parker and the fertilizer in the EZ Flow, that way I can fill seed and fertilizer in the field, and pull with one tractor, usually the 706 for that operation with both wagons full. Mostly I am filling a JD 750 20 foot drill with this setup. Curently I have a an Ag Topper steel cover on the Parker, and will be adding a steel top to the EZ Flow soon. It all works pretty well for me, I added a liquid innoculator setup to the EZ Flow last spring, so I can treat the seed as I fill the drill. This is a low priced way to go, for me.
