Hey Coup-Thanks for the pics. And always enjoy your feedback on this site. An earlier comment about this just not being a lot in absolute terms of money makes sense to me. If I pulled in about $750k off farm income as an investment banker or something and someone showed me this property (not really knowing anything else) it just doesn't seem crazy to me. I'm not saying its a good buy, I'm just giving reasons why this might be as crazy as it sounds. It feels like everyone has money. So the smaller buys, in terms of absolute dollars I think can get pretty wild. Think of a 20 acre parcel where the Docs wife wants to build a home. You think thats gonna go cheap haha??
