Embarrass WI		I'm not NAT, but I have an opinion. If the Chicago Cutlery knives are USA made, all you need is a good sharpener. I use a Work Sharp.

Then, if you want to make a knife or two or three, do that at your leisure.

And remember--getting your wife kitchen utensils for Christmas probably rates right up there with a new vacuum cleaner.
