The oil change is only as good as the dummy doing it. It might have a drain plug. If it does drain what you can and replace what you take out. That's it. Don't WORRY about getting it all out or doing the filter. People that touch transmissions can cause so much grief stirring up sediment, getting rtv in the valve body and causing leaks.
