I double smoked a couple of hams for thanksgiving day for my wife's side and then yesterday I was tasked with smoking a brisket. We hosted 2 days in a row so I am exhausted. The brisket was completely devoured but I still have some ham for sammiches. I am definitely not going to starve for the next week with all of the leftovers both of food and the booze the company left lol
