Madison Co. Virginia | Dairyforums.com is one example of how information can be lost. That was a thriving forum for years, but everyone moved over to facebook or just quit caring about dairy. Eventually, there was a spam attack on the forum, and the administrator closed the whole thing down. He said he still has everything backed up on hard drives somewhere, but doesn't know if he'll ever republish it in read-only mode on the internet again or not. | |
