| We spread both pen pack and chicken litter so we have a vertical beater with a push. If you’re only spreading litter I might look at an apron instead. You are correct that the spinners can give trouble in wet material, but if it’s just a crust you should be fine. If you go with a spinner I would look at something with a wider apron, the salford spreaders apron is too narrow imo. I would look at a Pik Rite HP if possible. | |
