coast of Maine | Here,I run up to my gravel bank thats on a nearby piece.We have glacial deposits of gravel that can be at times very good straight out of the banking.Only way I can afford parking lots/building sites is with our own.For decades that what was always used.All the local highways constructed pre 1990 were all glacial gravel.Many now use processed products that increase cost exponentially .If you want to pay they are more consistent to work with .End product is nearly the same though. | |
