Remove all affected sheetrock. Check out the lumber holding the sheetrock and see if there is mold there and if it is more or less. To keep it from happening again you need to let the exhaust fan run longer and make sure it is vented outside the attic. Some people put a timer on the exhaust fan so it will run for 15 or 30 minutes every time.
