WC MN | While it is socialism, no farmer has to spend the money. It can also be used to pay down debt or something that isn't shiny. The fact that large areas have had record yields and are not far removed from high prices are now in financial trouble says a lot. I guess my area was fortunate to not have had record yields so we didn't have the extra income to piss away. We just get in on the inflation that has occurred because of the extra income coupled with government and federal policy. | |
