Ok, I'll be the odd man out and suggest removing the bolster and either taking it to a machine shop to be repaired properly or replacing it with a good one from the scrap yard.
Winner. Easy peezy if you can get a bushing. I suppose if you can fill the hole you can bore it to spec and use a factory bushing. I suppose that damage is from lack of lube.
