How so? He didn't do that last time. I think he may be a little more hands on because he had no shortage of back stabbing last term.

One way to think of it is Trump wants folks to be free to run a business - lots and lots of small/med businesses. That's way better for the economy than a couple of boeings, GMs or other giant companies. To get there the gov't can't be standing in the way. Continuously changing regulations grinds business to a halt - especially small/med size business. Consider Maschoff's has an office full of people working on regulatory issues. Most guys don't have that and it's very expensive to hire out. Consider that most regulations do nothing but impede competition (those lobbying dollars buy something).

Seems like I get an email from the fsa or usda announcing another program to sell my soul to. It was tough in the 80's but we never should have driven our tractors to DC to demand that a bunch of smooth speaking, generally unethical lawyers take over our businesses.

Does Trump fix the world? Nope. Will he let the citizens of the US do what has made us top dog in the world? Yes.
