Roseglen, North Dakota | I can pretty much remember every Secretary of Ag and not sure if any of them helped the farm much.
Their power is so limited.
Everything has to go through congress anyway.
Jimmy Carter was more of a farmer than most elected officials and we know how that went. And he was the President.
There has never been a time when the farmers expected so much and got so little from an election.
