Maybe I misunderstood the problem.  If you need glasses to see would you consider eye surgery to correct your sight?  Then any safety glasses would be fine.  I couldn't stand wearing glasses for much of the work that was underneath a combine etc.  They never seemed to focus without tilting my head in some position that made the job harder.

I've had this for over 20 years and am a lot happier than wearing glasses. . .except in the shop for safety.
