Is that a chart for Western heifers or eastern heifers?
Well seeing the chart came from the east out of D.C. from NCBA I'm pretty sure it pertains to Virginia and other southern states. Out west we double stack them and blow the ports.
Side note here, ports have weigh in motion and monitor tire pressure patterns. It keeps a tire service guy living at port.
