South Central MN | I think the farmers and cancer thing was skin and prostate cancer, probably explained by older generations of farmers sitting out in the baking sun getting a permanent tan on the arms/neck area. (I have a permanent farmers tan year round now.) Some research on the prostate side said something about sitting on a seat for hours on end which probably included those old formed metal seats found on old farm equipment that didn't have any padding. Claimed vibration was the cause. | |
