NENE | You really don't need a tower at all. Put your globe on a fence post on a high hill. Battery and solar charger if no power. You will get out a few miles every direction. Either move the base with you to other locations or be satisfied with SF2 or SF3 depending on your receiver. Put it in the shed when you don't need it. No lightning there. Not the Cadillac way of doing it but very cost effective. | |
