Probably about like machinery, pick whatever you have the best dealer for because you're going to end up there eventually. I have not heard good things about gm transmissions for quite awhile, pretty disappointing compared to what they used to be. GM and Ford most popular around here, followed by Dodge. Pushing 250k my old allison no issues knock on wood.
