| He's in favor of prop 12. When he said that, it tells me a lot.
That dictates what the other 49 states have to do to sell pork in California. That's not local control.
Consumers have no choice but to buy higher priced pork, or do without.
There is absolutely nothing in the farm bill that would stop him from raising beef as he chooses. But he wants a say in how others raise theirs.
