| This is a great thread. My favorite tractor is a 4490 case with 8000 hours on the original transmission. My grain cart is a 1973 white freightliner cabover and it is fabulous. This farm is on its 3rd generation, since inception, of never owning a combine. Mosquitoes here outnumber the stars in the universe, and it isnt really a problem. My drill seeds about 1/10th the acres per day as the average farmer around here, and i still finish seeding in 4 days. I think about buying a grain drying setup, but i will probably just use mother nature again next year for that task. My 1989 f250 is a diesel with 190 horsepower from the factory, and thats plenty.
