Farm Credit 7.3 fixed for 30 but get cash back dividend which has been around a point.
6.6 for 5yr
6.75 10yr
7 15yr
7.17 20 yr
7.26 25 yr
Those are rest of quotes from farm Credit. These are 2 weeks old and I believe are a little lower than current rates
Local bank 5.9 fixed for five. Can put adjuster in to cap the next five and probably be guaranteed 6.2 for 10
