Subject: New Holland TC-30

I know nothing about these tractors and made that clear but was still asked to look at one. The "safety controller" on the firewall is constantly beeping key on or key off. I have tested the park brake switch, PTO switch, range switch (it's a hydrostat) and cannot figure out what the issue is. Each switch functions correctly by itself, and when the two wires for each switch are connected, it will click the fuel shutoff solenoid (with key on) proving that the circuitry is good.

Beeping will only stop if the 5A fuse on the right side of the machine/fuse box on firewall or the 10A fuse on the left side of the fuse box are removed. 5A fuse is the safety controller and park brake switch, 10A fuse is for the fuel solenoid, alternator, instrument panel gauges/indicator lights, turn signal, safety controller, PTO light, rear PTO, seat, mid PTO and transmission range neutral safety switches.

Battery is good, alternator is charging. Considering the safety controller is faulty but the dealer wants over $400 for one so I don't want to play parts darts. Anybody had this issue and found the solution?
