| I pulled a 23' about that far a few years ago. Borrowed a 1 ton Dodge dualy with a flatbed. One thing that really helped was taking the center rolling basket off and putting it on the flatbed. That made the pickup heavier and changed the balance so there was some weight on the hitch. Very easy to take that off with an electric impact and forklift. I pulled this through the river hills by the Fort randall dam in south dakota.
