Sioux County, NWIA | I have not seen one around here. Maybe by Emmetsburg? Woodford Equipment maybe has them out, they are pretty aggressive Vermeer dealer. Doesn't seem to me like it fits the system around here. Most bales need to go some distance from the field. I have not found a time advantage in grouping or stock piling bales. Seems to be most efficient to set 'em right on the trailer and off to the final storage. And $150K will buy you a really nice wheel loader.
Personally I would prefer a self propelled rake over an SP baler or the Bale Hawk. | |
