Southeast Colorado | Admittedly I was one of their earlier reps...........and haven't been one for many years now. Back in the day.........they encouraged us to call the office and get the bidders phone numbers if they looked like they were pretty serious about buying the things we listed. The Big Iron office wouldn't just give us any phone number. But if they had bid fairly serious amounts in the last couple of days we were encouraged to reach out to those folks. I was never a very good salesman.............so did so at times reluctantly. Some were happy we called. But the majority really didn't want to hear from us.
That was long enough ago it may not be remotely relevant today. In fact, when we left Big Iron............it was because they wanted full time high pressure folks out selling. I'm a farmer at heart............and not a salesman. So our paths parted ways.
