If it uses 120 volt for the collector motor, wire it hot (bypass the machine's remote) and use an indoor/outdoor two outlet remote from Menards. We have for years. Hang the little clicker from the ceiling amongst your equipment and it works up to 80' it says. Ours works from 40-50. Less than $10 bucks. If it dies have a second in the drawer. Wife's collector is a 1.5hp. Bigger may require 220 which probably means a contactor for the collector and use one with 120 for the coil so you can run the coil with the remote. Performax. Prolly Chinese but it is cheap and usually lasts a few years in our use.
