I am looking into to putting up my own base once my dealer network gets cut off. Already bought another 3000 receiver with SF2 and RTK activations and 450mhz radio (cheap on ebay). What does anyone know about cost and trouble of getting a FCC license for a +/- 450 frequency and where does the network ID come from?
