Regular cab pickups are about a unicorn, unless we're talking white fleet trucks. I do see mid 2000 era extended cab trucks around 100,000 miles go for reasonable prices. Nobody really wants an extended cab but imagine it would make a good work truck. If you go any newer than all the manufactures basically went to crew cab pickups.
