Glasgow, Ky | Good post. Growing up having to work, especially the grunt work, makes you appreciate having a good job later in life. When I started public work lTer in life I couldn't believe I was getting paid what I was for the work I was doing. Compares to cutting and housing tobacco, hauling square bale hay, etc my public job was easy.
Growing up having to do without things many other kids had makes you more appreciative of what you have both then and later in life.
As the saying goes, experience is the best teacher. Thanks for taking the time to thank others who ha e helped you in life. | |
