Pittsburg, Kansas | I just went out in the garage at the VRBO house we have rented in Arizona. Looks like it has a whole house water conditioner plus a RO for the sink and refrigerator.
The blue tank looks like may have been an old water softener that does not appear to be hooked up.
We have stayed in three different houses here in Lake Havasu City and all had water treatment in the garage. So I presume the water here needs it.
