Embarrass WI | I have a neighbor who is 80-85 years old, he was getting to be unable to walk and got the stem cells in his knees. After a couple months he got his mobility back.
Based on his experience, I had stem cell injections last December. Both knees, Rt shoulder, and neck. My knees have less stiffness than before, my shoulder is somewhat less painful. The most unexpected improvement was my neck-I have had numbness in my thumbs from a nerve being pinched in my neck due to a bone spur/arthritis. I've been dealing with it for over 10 years and it is about 90% better.
My shoulder is pretty much just worn out, I'm hoping to avoid or at least delay replacement. My range of motion is still somewhat limited. I can bowl but not throw a baseball overhand. It's tolerable right now.
I don't know how long the improvements will last, but as of today I think it was money well spent. | |
